My Story
I've spent 20+ years starting, scaling, and selling companies — and coaching owners since 2007. After all of it, one question drives my work: where does AI actually move the needle for a small business?
I built my first company from the ground up — hired the teams, built the systems, scaled the revenue, and sold it. Then I did it again. By 34, I'd built and sold two companies and learned the thing most business books skip: systems beat hustle, every single time.
Then I built Jump Consulting into a nationally recognized agency. For nearly two decades I've coached thousands of service-based business owners on growth, systems, leadership, and profitability. I've hosted 470+ episodes of the Bella in Your Business podcast and spoken on stages around the world.
Then AI changed everything — how buyers search, how they find you, how they decide. And I watched the owners I care about get buried. More tools. More YouTube. More guessing. Further behind. So I went all-in. Not as a tech person chasing shiny objects, but as a business operator building real AI strategy for the people doing the work. That's my whole job now.
